On July 21, 2012 the MPP Class of 2010-2012 celebrated the end of the two year MPP course in Erfurt. Almost all of the Class of 2012’s students attended the event to celebrate handing in their theses, as well as enjoying one of the last evenings the group would spend together as an MPP class. They were joined by their fellow colleagues, friends, families, Brandt School faculty and lecturers for this festive gathering at the Kaisersaal in Erfurt.
Among the highlights of the evening was the farewell speech from student representative Jennifer Werner, as well as musical entertainment from Stefan Slooten, which became somewhat of a tradition for our class in particular.
Throughout the two years in Erfurt we built connections with people from all over the world by sitting through (sometimes very long) seminars together, discussing the world with each other in the mensa, learning from one another in and outside of class, and most importantly building lasting friendships.
Best of luck to everyone no matter where in the world you end up!
