Yesterday the Brandt School and the Max Weber Kolleg at the University of Erfurt hosted Germany’s former Minister of Justice, Ms. Herta Däubler-Gmelin. Ms. Däubler-Gmelin spoke about the relationship between state and religion, specifically focusing on the Arab World, using constitutional processes in Tunisia as an example.
