Ms. Carolina Reis is a Brazilian attorney specialised in digital rights and democracy. She holds a Master's in Public Policy from the Brandt School and a Bachelor of Laws from the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil. During her studies, she was awarded scholarships from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), Botin Foundation, and the Wilhelm von Finck Foundation.
