Dear readers and listeners,

In this month’s Bulletin Podcast episode we chat with current WBS students, María-Fernanda Caparó and Alyssa McIntyre about their experiences presenting at and attending academic international conferences. María attended the Seminar on "Global Constitutionalism and Supranational Adjudicative Bodies: Global South Experiences vis-à-vis Hegemony" in Norway. Alyssa attended the 6th International Conference on Public Policy (ICPP6) in Toronto, Canada. María and Alyssa explain how international conferences work, what the atmosphere is like, what they got out of the experience and how they navigated the application process. Make sure you listen out to the great pointers María and Alyssa both give for any students interesting in attending such conferences.

Note: the conferences that the guests refer to were in 2023.
